Course Overview

Leveraging GenAI at Work is a highly interactive, hands-on workshop designed to help non-technical professionals use Generative AI confidently, responsibly, and productively in their daily work.

The course focuses on practical workplace applications such as writing emails, preparing reports, summarizing documents, creating presentations, generating ideas, designing visuals, producing simple infographics, improving communication, and supporting decision-making.

Participants will learn how GenAI tools interpret prompts, how to write better instructions, and how to evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, quality, tone, and business relevance. Through guided demonstrations, hands-on exercises, group activities, and peer feedback, participants will discover how to adapt GenAI to their own job roles and departmental needs.
